Payment Conditions
. Confirmation of bookings is subject to a deposit of 50% of the booking price by 06.12.2024.
. In any case, the total amount of the Programme must be paid in full by 13.12.2024.
Cancellation Conditions
. Reservations can be cancelled up to 06.12.2024 without any penalty, and if a deposit has been made, it will be refunded in full.
. For cancellations up to 13.12.2024, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of the deposit.
. For cancellations after 13.12.2024, there will be no refund of the amount deposited as a guarantee of the reservation.
