General Booking Conditions
Payment Conditions
· Confirmation of bookings is subject to a deposit of 50% of the booking price by 29 November 2024.
· After this date, confirmation of bookings is subject to an immediate deposit of 50 per cent of the booking price.
· In any case, the total amount of the Programme must be paid in full by 20.12.2024.
Cancellation Conditions
· Reservations can be cancelled up to 29.11.2024 without any penalty, and if a deposit has been made, it will be refunded in full.
· Cancellations up to 20.12.2024 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of the deposit.
· For cancellations after 20.12.2024, there will be no refund of the amount deposited as a guarantee of the reservation.
